Part-time Position | 12-month Fixed Term Contract
We’re now looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support our dynamic SCM Commercial & Services and Corporate Services & Property teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real difference. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing diaries and coordinating meetings to preparing insightful summaries that help shape strategic decisions.
You’ll play a key role in orchestrating team events, handling travel arrangements, and keeping administrative processes on track. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships across the business will be essential. Whether it’s preparing reports, liaising with senior leaders, or keeping multiple projects moving forward, you’ll be a trusted partner in helping the team thrive.

- Technical Proficiency: Confidently navigate Microsoft Office tools with excellent skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support reporting, presentations, and day-to-day operations.
- Mindset & Attitude: Approach every task with a proactive, can-do attitude, ready to take initiative and solve problems independently. Show strong analytical thinking to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate with clarity and confidence, adapting your style to different audiences while maintaining a collaborative, team-player spirit.
