Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Your typical day will consist of taking part in a large range of tasks including:
Administrative:
- Maintaining the files of client companies in accordance with procedures
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of the payment instructions for client companies
- Coordinating the administrative contacts for legalization and liaising with notary offices, governmental offices, tax authorities and Trade Register (as applicable)
- Supporting with various types of (legal) correspondence, reports and other documents
- Assisting with the cash collection of the outstanding invoices of his/her portfolio of client companies Coordination with and supervision of COE (center of excellence supporting team) on delegated administrative
Legal and Corporate Secretarial:
- Assisting with timely and accurate execution of corporate and finance transactions
- Filing the financial statements and financial reports for client companies
- Assisting with drafting mandatory requisitions and files notices with the RCS Checking the availability of company names
Compliance:
Supporting the legal team in all Compliance/KYC related mattersYour Profile
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have a high school degree or diploma
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Luxembourg, ideally in an international Legal, Trust or Tax environment
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing (French shall be considered as a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft basic package and outlook
- Excellent administrative, organizational, attention to details
- Eager to learn and acquire new competencies and skills
- Team worker
