Your Day to Day
- Oversee the governance of a project or program portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal standards and frameworks
- Monitor and consolidate project progress, milestones, risks, and financials across multiple workstreams
- Prepare and deliver high-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders and executive committees
- Track project budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and actuals, identifying and escalating deviations
- Facilitate project steering committees, track action items, and support decision-making
- Standardize tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency across project teams
- Act as a key advisor to project managers, ensuring best practices in methodology and documentation
- Identify risks and cross-project dependencies, supporting mitigation strategies
- Lead or support transversal initiatives related to portfolio management, quality control, and reporting automation
- Mentor junior PMOs and contribute to upskilling the team
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a PMO, project governance, or project coordination role, ideally in banking or financial services
- Deep understanding of project management frameworks (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe) and governance standards
- Expertise in project planning, financial control, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and project portfolio tools (e.g. Clarity, Planview, Jira, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior management and influence decision-makers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior team members
