PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and communicative PMO Analyst to support two key projects—one internal and one involving external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be expected to be on-site most of the time and play a critical role in coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring across two active projects
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and maintain project documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Identify and escalate risks or issues impacting project timelines
• Provide regular updates and reports to project leads and stakeholders

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work proactively and independently in a dynamic environment
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels
• Previous PMO or project coordination experience is preferred
• Availability to work on-site most of the time
