Your Day to Day
- Monitor project progress: track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting (Steering Committees, governance decks).
- Support budget tracking and resource planning (forecasts, actuals, variance analysis).
- Assist in maintaining and improving project governance frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-up on actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal standards.
- Provide guidance to project teams on methodology and tool usage (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, Jira).
- Escalate risks and issues as needed and support mitigation planning.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, or IT
- 1–3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or business support role, ideally in the banking or financial services sector
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project tools such as Clarity, MS Project, or Jira is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow in a project environment
