With the advent of Generative AI and Agentic AI, as well as the growing demand in the market, we are actively looking for a Senior Architect to reinforce our growing team in Luxembourg.
Your next challenge:
As an Intelligent Automation Senior Architect, you will envision our clients’ Intelligent Automation platforms and lead or participate to activities such as:
- Intelligent automation technology watch, strategy and eminence:
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and assess their enterprise relevance
- Develop roadmaps from innovation trends
- Produce thought leadership, maintain relationships with technology providers and contributes to Deloitte’s eminence on the local market
- Design intelligent automation awareness programs, develop and coach juniors
- Architecture & solution design for client projects:
- Work jointly with our business transformation teams to capture client needs and strategic objectives
- Create reference architectures for Intelligent Automation platforms including GenAI and Agentic capabilities
- Promote modular, scalable design and define technical accelerators
- Work jointly with our Cyber teams to ensure security and trustworthiness of the solutions
- Technical delivery lead for client projects:
- Lead the technical delivery of flagship projects with intelligent automation
- Coordinate teams, ensure robustness, and use agile methodologies
- Establish governance frameworks for lifecycle management
Your skills:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, technology strategy, or advanced delivery roles
- Deep understanding of modern automation and AI stack: RPA, OCR, NLP, GenAI (LLM), Process Mining, Event-Driven Architecture, Trust services, API-first, orchestration platforms
- Solid experience in solution design and implementation in cloud or hybrid environments (Azure, Google CP, AWS)
- Knowledge of agentic AI approaches and the ability to assess their relevance, integration paths, and operational constraints within enterprise environments.
- The ability to connect the dots between the business, IT and their respective challenges
- Self-starter and proactive mindset, with the willingness to get things done
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different contexts and industries
- A collaborative mindset; you enjoy sharing knowledge, working in multidisciplinary teams and growing junior team members
- Fluency in English and French; German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
- Service Design and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) knowledge is considered an asset
