Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Manager of Investor Lifecycle Management (ILM) to join our Regulatory Team in Luxembourg. You will lead teams responsible for onboarding and managing AML/KYC for our clients’ investors throughout their lifecycle. You will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a superior client and investor experience across all touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Management
o Lead and develop ILM team members, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
o Support employee engagement, training, and career development.
o Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and client demands.
- Client and Investor Experience
o Serve as an escalation point for client and investor onboarding issues, ensuring timely resolution and remediation.
o Maintain a relentless focus on delivering a professional, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience.
- Operational Excellence
o Oversee investor onboarding and ongoing lifecycle management, including data & document maintenance and periodic reviews.
o Support process optimization and technology adoption to enhance efficiency and scalability.
o Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of monthly and quarterly metrics to stakeholders and clients.
- Regulatory Compliance
o Ensure full adherence to applicable AML/KYC laws and regulations, including Luxembourg and cross-border requirements.
o Maintain robust controls and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure data integrity.
o Support the implementation of regulatory updates and ensure team readiness.
YOUR PROFILE
- You will hold a degree in law, finance or economics
- You have at least 5 years proven experience in AML/KYC operations/Compliance (ideally within the alternative investment sector and preferably in domiciliation and/or transfer agency)
- Deep understanding of investor onboarding processes and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory environment and international compliance standards and have a high interest in regulatory and compliance topics
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
- You are fluent in English, ideally you are also fluent in French or German. Any other language will be considered an advantage
