About the Team & Business Line:
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.
As a core member of our Compliance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery acrossbanking services.
Your Role:
- Establish and maintain appropriate control environment to ensure Citco fulfils its depositary obligations.
- Create and implement depositary procedures, review programs and checklists, as well as maintain the departmental procedures manual in a standardized format.
- Maintain oversight of all Depositary related work for clients and teams.
- Work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues.
- Schedule and attend periodic client service meetings with CFS.
- Provide departmental reporting to senior management as well as assist with training. development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
About You:
- You have a third level business/finance qualification and a minimum of 10 years depositary services experience within the funds industry.
- Knowledgeable in hedge funds and related prime broker arrangements.
- Strong Team Management Experience.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal effectiveness.
- Previous experience managing projects.
