As a Depositary Investment Compliance Senior Analyst, you will have an in-depth understanding of the depositary business and the broader funds industry. We’re looking for a Depositary Investment Compliance Senior Analyst to:
- Carry out monitoring and control measures related to the Compliance of the Fund’s instructions/investment decisions
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly checks on investment limits, asset eligibility, leverage etc.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge around Investment Compliance applicable to UCITS, alternative UCIs, SIF and other relevant European regulatory frameworks.
- Take part in the monitoring of ESG limitations.
- Manage regulatory escalation processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies, and technological solutions
- Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate potential issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth
- Take on increasing managerial responsibilities with the potential to lead and develop the team

Join us as a Depositary Investment Compliance Senior Analyst, where you will be part of a high-performing group operating in a fast paced, international environment. In this exciting role you will manage and perform the Investment Restriction monitoring duties and activities within the Depositary Bank in addition to participating in a number of projects looking to enhance performance across the department.

Your expertise
- Minimum 5-6 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary, Oversight or an audit firm, with specific depositary/investment compliance experience
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations and market practices
- Strong knowledge of investment restrictions monitoring and asset eligibility requirements.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to details.
- Good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- Comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- Able to interpret and apply regulations to practical situations
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a managerial position
- Experience working with compliance monitoring systems and tools (e.g. MIG21, Xentis, Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, or in-house systems)
