We’re looking for a Depositary Senior Oversight Analyst to:
- Carry out monitoring and control measures set out in the Depositary Oversight Procedures in the following areas of Oversight Controls:
- Valuation of Assets and calculation of the Fund’s NAV
- Compliance of the Fund’s instructions/investment decisions
- Handling of subscription and redemptions of Fund’s units/shares
- Distribution of the Fund’s Income
- Manage regulatory escalation processes.
- Be involved in the assessing of the complexity of Fund’s structure and strategy and determine how to apply oversight controls appropriately and accurately.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies, and technological solutions
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate potential issues.

In this multi-tasking role you will manage and perform the oversight duties and activities within the Depositary Bank in addition to participating in a number of projects looking to enhance performance across the department.

Your expertise
- Minimum 5-6 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary or an audit firm, with specific depositary experience
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations and market practices
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- Comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- Analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
