Training contract

Our Human Resources department in Luxembourg is actively seeking an intern for a minimum duration of six months (extendable to 12 months if part-time). This internship will start in August or September 2025 and is part of your Master's degree. You must have an internship agreement that covers the entire duration of the assignment.

Role purpose and responsibilities
You will support our HR team in various tasks within employee life cycle – from recruitment, on-boarding, learning & development etc.

  • Assist with the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing welcome packages and conducting welcome presentation and building tour

  • Create our monthly internal HR Newsletter, using various tools such as Canva, Vuture

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate database

  • Assist to organise and coordinate internal and external HR events such as our Recruitment Roadshow and Campus events

  • Project management: you will take ownership and actively involve yourself in HR projects

Who we are looking for

  • You are currently preparing for a Master’s degree (1st or 2nd year) program or equivalent through a work-study, with an interest in Human Resources

  • You are looking for a 6-month or a12-month internship which is covered by a University/Business School agreement.

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.

  • You have strong organizational skills and you are proactive.

  • You possess a strong team spirit
