Senior HR Business Partner
Your Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs, oversee the selection process, and directly participate in the recruitment of senior positions.
Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure smooth transitions.
Onboarding & Integration: Actively support and monitor new employees during their first year to ensure successful integration.
Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision-making.
HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Training: Define in collaboration with the business the training strategy.
Your profile:
You have a master’s degree in human resources, Business, Economics or equivalent;
Your experience of approximately 10-15 years in a similar role, ideally in service provider.
You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a real asset;
Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
