Role description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead a comprehensive process review for a major player in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to :
- identify inefficiencies,
- redesign key processes,
- and implement sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.
This is a high-impact role requiring proven experience in business process optimization, particularly in complex and regulated environments such as insurance or financial services.
Main responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process reviews and redesign initiatives across business functions
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align objectives
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality
- Work closely with operational teams, IT, compliance, and senior management
- Monitor implementation and track performance metrics post-deployment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement roles
- Proven track record in the insurance or financial services industry
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an asset
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
