Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen partnerships with universities, business schools, student associations, and career services teams
- Represent KPMG at job fairs, recruitment days, campus events, and student workshops – becoming a trusted ambassador of our brand
- Plan and coordinate large-scale recruitment events, from logistics to delivery, in close collaboration with recruiters, business leaders, and marketing
- Identify and attract top young talent, conduct prescreening interviews, and guide candidates through the first stages of the selection process
- Bring KPMG's employer brand to life through creative campaigns, social media storytelling, and tailored campus marketing initiatives
- Collect and analyse recruitment data, track event ROI, and share insights to continuously improve our campus strategy
- Drive inclusion and diversity initiatives, ensuring our outreach resonates with all talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing or foreign languages
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent attraction, employer branding or professional services (audit, tax, advisory)
- Strong communication and presentation abilities with excellent organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, creative approach
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Xing and other platforms
- Fluent in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset
- Natural connector who enjoys engaging with students, universities, and stakeholders
- Confident communicator comfortable hosting presentations, leading workshops, and representing KPMG in public forums
- Creative and proactive mindset with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and events
