TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be working independently and in close collaboration with Hiring Managers to attract the best talent.
Task responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for employees of the Headquarters in Luxembourg
- Recruit profiles across all divisions of the company e.g. maintenance and engineering, global logistics, flight operations, finance, corporate
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, e.g. analyze applications, arrange and conduct interviews, ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, recruitment events, school visits
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment related projects
- Maintain accounts and post positions on pre-selected recruitment sites
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant field
- A first experience in a similar position is considered as an advantage
- A first experience in conducting in-depth interviews is considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and commercial sense, customer oriented and good networking contacts and abilities
- Good organizational skills
- Be people and team orientated and be able to work independently
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French and/or German, other languages are a distinct advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Knowledge of a recruitment software will be considered as an advantage
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- Position based in Luxembourg
- Temporary contract until November 2026
