Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to support process optimization initiatives within leading organizations in the financial and insurance sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
- Analyze and document existing processes
- Identify areas for improvement
- Support the design and implementation of optimized workflows aligned with strategic objectives
This is a dynamic role that offers hands-on experience in driving operational efficiency, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to digital transformation efforts.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct process mapping, analysis, and documentation across departments
- Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand pain points
- Support implementation of new or improved processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Assist in tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of implemented changes
- Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and user support during transition phases
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis or related roles
- Exposure to projects in financial services or insurance is a strong asset
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in tools such as Visio, BPMN, or similar process mapping software
