Finance, Intern
Your role:
As part of the Billing Data Quality Centralised team within the Finance and Accounting department, your main mission will be to maintain a high level of data quality and integrity regarding the billing of our four entities.
In this context, your role will be to :
Assist with the preparation and administrative review of invoices and credit notes from business teams, ensuring compliance before validation in the ERP system;
Help send finalized invoices to clients, following the daily validation process;
Handle incoming administrative requests from business teams via our ticketing system and phone, routing queries appropriately and logging details;
Assist with e-billing invoices treatment and the drafting of audit letters
Maintain regular administrative tracking of credit notes and Bills On Account for quality assurance;
Document administrative quality issues and assist in coordinating process or system adjustments.
Your profile:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+2 level qualification or equivalent, preferably with some administrative experience;
You have a good level of English and French is fluent;
You have a good sense of analysis and real data processing skills;
You have a service-oriented mind set, a strong team spirit and a positive “can do attitude”;
You are solution-oriented.
