Organisational transformation towards Agile

• Support in defining Agile strategy for the Group
• Define coaching programme for IT & Business teams

Agile coaching of projects

• Coach and guide teams on Agile approach
• Mentoring EIB PMs/SMs on selected projects
• Ensure best practices are applied and knowledge/feedback is shared throughout the organisation
• Identify and follow up on lessons learnt– documenting, facilitation, providing trainings/workshops, promoting sharing within the community
• Facilitation in handling transversal dependencies (agile-agile, agile-waterfall teams)
• Identify potential obstacles and supporting stakeholders in addressing issues and behaviours
