Organisational transformation towards Agile
- Support in defining Agile strategy for the Group
- Define coaching programme for IT & Business teams
- Coach and guide teams on Agile approach
- Mentoring EIB PMs/SMs on selected projects
- Ensure best practices are applied and knowledge/feedback is shared throughout the organisation
- Identify and follow up on lessons learnt– documenting, facilitation, providing trainings/workshops, promoting sharing within the community
- Facilitation in handling transversal dependencies (agile-agile, agile-waterfall teams)
- Identify potential obstacles and supporting stakeholders in addressing issues and behaviours
