About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Transformation Program PΜΟ to join the Trade & Market Strategy team inside our Strategy & Innovation function, reporting to the Market & Long-Term Strategist.
The AI transformation program leverages AI to amplify the Ferrero strategy, with a transformational end-to-end perspective.
By covering this position, you will support the Program leader in ensuring a successful progress of the program, coordinating the involved functions to secure the activation of the identified initiatives, monitoring the business performance and fostering a continuous improvement scouting of new AI opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of AI initiatives, monitor their progress, maintain detailed project plans, identify potential risks, and support the development of mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
Moreover, your role will be to coordinate the preparation of regular Steering Committee meetings and recurring updates, including meetings with senior stakeholders. Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, you will discuss project progress, risks, and outcomes.
You will also track project performance through business cases, KPIs, and other metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
On top of that, you will manage the program budget, support the preparation of the investment plan, and ensure adherence to the allocated budget. Collaborating with People & Organization and stream leaders, you will develop a structured approach for Change Management to facilitate the transition to an AI-embedded way of working.
Last but not least, you will also stay updated on AI landscape evolution by connecting with external partners to identify new AI opportunities and encourage the project team to evaluate new initiatives or AI capabilities.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your educational background in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing with at least 5-7 years of work experience in the FMCG industry or Consulting with previous experience as PMO or Strategist.
You have good knowledge of digital and new technologies (including AI technologies) and the related business implications, with solid strategic mindset, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Your genuine interest in contributing to improvement through order, organization, process analysis combined with a spirit of collaboration and service characterizes you.
Also, you can influence key stakeholders and work in complex and multi-functional environments.
Finally, you will bring your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, basic knowledge of AI applications (including Microsoft CoPilot and ChatGPT) and your fluency in English.
