We are currently looking for a Project Management Assistant to join our Business Transformation Consulting department.
The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our consulting teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.
Your next challenge
- Support the management of opportunities and commitments:
- Weekly monitoring of opportunities with various Managers/Directors
- Assistance in the preparation and follow up of the engagement's process
- Coordinate and manage the availability of resources across teams, assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Generate detailed staffing status reports: chargeability reports, staff availability reports
- Support for the preparaion of quaterly internal meetings to follow up the KPIs
- Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
- Organise and facilitate regular staffing team meetings to ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, promoting efficient staffing coordination and accurate staffing data.
- Plan, organise, and manage staff-related events, including team-building activities, training sessions.
Your skills
- University or Bachelor degree in administrative support.
- Preferably, candidates should have 3 years of experience in administrative support responsibilities
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times.
- Results oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Strong team spirit whilst being able to work autonomously.
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and ideally SAP.
- Very good level of English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish will be considered as a strong asset.
