Mission
The objective is to deliver services in the Change Management function of the Business Strategy and Project Management division. Specifically, the Consultant will support change management activities in corporate projects and/or cross-divisional initiatives. The Consultant is expected to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
· Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and people-side change
· Conduct readiness assessments and impact analysis of the changes to be implemented
· Identify and build sponsor coalition; select and prepare change management team together with the Project Manager and Project Team
· Coach and equip senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsors and help their direct reports through transitions
· Identify and address anticipated and ad-hoc resistance from any stakeholders
· Produce change management artifacts to improve internal awareness and adoption, while ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines and the Communications team
· Review and provide quality assurance for change management support material prepared by the staff and other consultants
· Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
· Provide project team with tools to monitor and support the adoption of the project changes post go-live
· Facilitate workshops and training on change capability building and leadership
Deliverables
In support of the Business Strategy and Project Management division, the consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables :
· Create and lead change management actionable deliverables needed to support the change adoption, including change management plans and stakeholder engagement plans
· Support the Communication team in delivering communications plans, including communications materials (presentations, speaking notes, videos etc.)
· Support the Project Teams in delivering training plan, resistance management plan
· Support BSPM in the delivery of the change management strategy and implementation roadmap following a structured methodology (PROSCI)
Technical skills
· Mandatory
o At least 7 years of experience as Change Manager
o Proven experience in change impact analysis and ability to assess how changes affect people, processes, systems, and tools
o Proven experience in delivering change management artifacts, including, Change Management Plan, following PROSCI methodology
o Understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies (AGILE and Waterfall) and integration with change initiatives
o Experience in delivering Communication Plan and in designing structured communication strategies aligned with change goals
o Experience in designing and delivering Change Management training for multiple audience
o Experience in workshops design and in facilitating workshops and retrospective sessions
o Advanced skills in MS 365 tools, such as: TEAMS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Copilot, Whiteboard
o Excellent English skills
o Certification in PROSCI is a must

o Experience with EU institutions or similar public sector bodies is an asset
