You will be part of our AMI Sales support team. Your role will be to mainly ensure the AMI Sourcing & Trading sales operations, assisting Head of department. Meaning: follow-up with suppliers & customers, coordinating production & logistics status with the different stakeholders up to ensure contract updates, orders & shipping documentation aspects, while respecting the rules & procedures defined.
Pre-sales:
- Receive and review all information’s from the AMI Sourcing, Sales desks & offices
- Process and follow up of inquiry with the front-end AMI teams and Partners
- Update/creation of AMI Master Data (customer, supplier, items, grades, etc…)
- Review & create AMI Sourcing contract management tasks
- Review, create & deploy the AMI Sales pricings
- Creation and amendments of orders into SAP systems (V21 + Leverage + NAI)
Production Status:
- Follow up of production status + update the AMDS customers (via any relevant tools)
- In charge of relations with AMI Customers & Partners (internal as external Mills)
- Obtain Partner’s logistics details on shipments (vessel name + ETD / ETA…)
- Issue any relevant documentations to insure production & contract respect (proforma,...)
Shipment & Deployment:
- Coordination with the AMI Partner’s sales administration to get all shipping documents
- Review and ensure for all the shipping documents are ready and forwarded in due time.
- Ensure the full invoicing process
- Mastering and executing the Order entries when needed
- Ensuring any monitoring and deal aspects while closing a business (PCA’s, Hedgings, Approvals, Positions, cash management…)
- Payment and hedging’s follow-up with concerned stakeholders
- Claim Settlement (registration and issue credit/debit notes to customers)
- Be part and in daily contact with AMI Sourcing community, AMI customers, suppliers and AMI offices
Rules and Procedure:
- Ensure at all times that the AMI rules and procedures are followed, up to full deal closure
- Involved in systems and processes improvements
