TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Owns and evolves the HR Technology Strategy in alignment with business goals and HR transformation initiatives
  • Defines HR Technology strategy objectives, clarifies the HR Digital ownership and ensures the objectives are tackled and achieved
  • Tracks market trends and emerging HR technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
  • Acts as primary coordinator for changes, upgrades and maintenance of HR systems; consults and informs the HR team and the business on new functionalities, applications and solutions
  • Continuously reviews and enhances HR processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance; works closely with all HR roles to collect and incorporate feedback / updates / new requirements
  • Oversees end-to-end system lifecycle management, including configuration, testing, deployment, user training and post-go-live support
  • Acts as the key interface between HR, Corporate IT and third party vendors

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Proven experience managing HR systems, excellence knowledge of the Oracle HCM system is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with an end-to-end implementation project is a plus
  • Experience with global HR operations, strong understanding of HR business processes and how they are modeled in an HCM platform
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience in the system testing, post-go live support as well as user training
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and digital innovation

  • Full-time permanent position based in Luxembourg
  • Position demands a regular presence during standards business hours
