YOUR CHALLENGE
You'll play a key role in our Facility Management & Services team, providing a professional reception service to internal and external clients, as well as a variety of administrative tasks.
Pleasant and warm personality is what we are looking for. Strong communication skills are also a must. You'll need to be a team player and build strong relationships with your colleagues to help us deliver the highest level of client service. It is essential to have good Computer skills, an eye for details and to be very organised so you can prioritise your day efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- welcoming clients, candidates, and other visitors
- setting up of the meeting rooms, organizing catering services for client meetings and internal events
- dealing with service providers
- operating the telephone switchboard: friendly and professional answering of telephone calls and forwarding them to the desired recipients
- assist in different types of administrative tasks.
YOUR PROFILE
- High standards of integrity and resilience, with good presentation and good manners
- High degree of confidentiality and risk oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of English, French and German, other languages constitute an advantage.
- From two to five years of professional experience in the switchboard and reception areas, preferably in an international company operating in the financial sector.
- Diplomatic skills and a friendly telephone voice
- Good computer user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications)
- Quick comprehension, efficient, independent, and reliable way of working
- Team player with a high service orientation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, sense of service and problem solver
- Be flexible and be able to adapt swiftly.
