Receptionist
Permanent contract (F/M)
The Receptionist, as the first point of contact, will have to promote LuxSE’s image by providing outstanding service to customers and visitors. She/He facilitates positive contact and communication between customers, visitors, and the exchange’s staff and performs administrative duties for the organization.
Tasks/missions/responsibilities
Welcomes customers and visitors and directs them to the meeting roomsNotifies the relevant department upon the arrival of a person who has an appointment
Keeps an eye on and supplies the waiting area with paperwork for withdrawals, deposit slips, and brochures
Respond to client inquiries and offer broad details on the exchange's policies and services
Provides information and ensures its accuracy by staying informed about LuxSE's offerings, policies and procedures
Takes messages when needed, transfers calls, and responds to incoming calls
Distributes and processes incoming mail; gets outgoing mail ready for pickup
Provides administrative and clerical support to branch employees as required
Completes other responsibilities as delegated by management, such as greeting tradespeople involved in building maintenance, placing beverages, coffee, and office supply orders, and supervising stocks and inventories, etc.
Education and experience
An accredited degree as a receptionist, an executive assistant, or equivalent is requiredThree years of experience in a similar position are required
Technical competencies
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareAbility to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
Soft skills competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood presentation and ability to promote a positive image of the exchange
Language skills
Full professional proficiency in English, French and Luxembourgish, both in writing, and speaking. Any other language is an asset.
