About the Operations Team
Our Operations Department ensures the daily organisation and execution of all transport services. This includes driver management, vehicle dispatch, scheduling, and service monitoring. Beyond technical aspects, we aim to continuously improve the service experience for both passengers and drivers. The internship will be embedded within this team, contributing directly to strengthening soft skills and customer care through effective digital training solutions.
Context
Sales-Lentz trains its bus drivers thoroughly on technical aspects. We now aim to reinforce soft skills and customer care competencies through digital learning modules. The content exists. We are looking for an intern to translate this content into user-friendly, engaging, and operational e-learning modules, and to implement monitoring tools to measure training efficiency.
Missions
Design and structure digital training modules based on existing content.
Use e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Canva) to produce attractive, accessible modules for bus drivers.
Upload and implement the modules on the company’s learning platform.
Define key performance indicators (KPI) to track training participation, completion, and effectiveness.
Set up monitoring dashboards and reporting tools.
Ensure the training modules remain simple, practical, and adapted to operational staff.
Profile
Student in instructional design, digital learning, education sciences, HR with a focus on training, or equivalent.
Fluency in French is mandatory.
Solid skills or strong interest in e-learning creation tools (Articulate, Canva, etc.).
Analytical mindset, structured approach, practical problem-solving skills.
Ability to simplify and vulgarize content for operational staff.
Interest in mobility, customer service, or technical training is a plus.
