Your contribution to our success
- Collaborate to Maintain Compliance: Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage the register of personal data processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GDPR standards.
- Assess and Lead Projects: Evaluate GDPR compliance for key internal projects, providing recommendations and solutions that support the Firm's objectives.
- Shape Agreements & Frameworks: Review and negotiate data protection agreements while contributing to the deployment and enhancement of the Firm's retention framework.
- Drive Knowledge & Culture: Prepare internal compliance documentation, deliver GDPR trainings to business teams, and nurture a culture of personal data protection across the organization.
- Support Decision-Making: Advise the DPO and management on data protection compliance, risks, and solutions, while actively handling data subject requests with precision and care.
Your skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection law (national data protection law andpractices including in depth understanding of GDPR)
- Sounds knowledge in the following areas: IT, information security, business process, riskmanagement
- Hands-on, result and solution oriented, pragmatic-thinking skills, CIPP/E
- Strong communication skills, ability to bridge the gap between technical and businesslanguages
- Fluent in English. French or German is considered as an asset
