Legal Assistant - Internship
Your mission :
As a member of the legal team, you provide key support to the Senior Legal Counsel. Main area of your intervention, under supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel, are:
any legal matters (except tax law) such as contract and civil law, competition law, corporate law, corporate governance, IPR, labour law, etc.
You will contribute to the following tasks:
Legal advisory services for all the departments of the entity;
The review and drafting of all relevant legal documents and legal matters of the entity;
Close cooperation and active collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as internal customers, external suppliers, and regulatory authorities;
Draft, and implementation of (amendments to) documentation related to procurement agreements, mainly related to the purchase of vehicles and other products being installed or consumed by vehicles.
Your profil :
Analytical, structured and concise
Fluency in French and English
Good writing and communication skills.
Interest in the sustainable mobility sector.
Availability: Early September
