About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our branch in Strassen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are the primary contact for distributors and customers.
- You process orders in our inventory management system.
- You are experienced in handling and documenting complaints.
- You maintain the customer database and history.
- You support the team during inventory checks.
- You manage and monitor the dunning process. You coordinate general administrative tasks, such as payment processing, email management, telephone correspondence, etc.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bac +2 level education, ideally with customer service experience – we also offer opportunities to recent graduates willing to prove themselves.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of German, French, and English – both spoken and written. Any additional language is considered a plus.
- Trustworthy interaction with customers. You are flexible, reliable, and a team player.
