About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Customer & Category Development International & Airports to join our travel retail team.
Main Responsibilities:
Thanks to your analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights, you will identify growth opportunities by examining sales performance, shopper behavior, and market dynamics. You will support Key Account Managers in shaping and executing visibility strategies with international travel retailers, while also contributing to tailored sales plans that align with channel objectives.
You will draw on your experience in in-store execution to ensure consistent and high-quality implementation of POS materials, activations, and trade marketing initiatives. Together with Category Managers, you will co-develop impactful promotions and displays, while also building effective toolkits and merchandising guidelines to support field teams. Managing agencies and suppliers within agreed budgets will also be part of your responsibilities.
Through your collaborative approach, you will work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and shared objectives. You will also represent Ferrero at key trade fairs and industry events, using these platforms to strengthen partnerships, gather market intelligence, and explore new opportunities with suppliers.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your 3–5 years of professional experience, you are comfortable taking responsibility for managing major international retailers such as Gebr. Heinemann, Avolta and Lagardère. You bring with you not only a solid understanding of commercial dynamics but also the ability to balance priorities and respond to complex requests in a fast-moving environment.
You will make good use of your analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting detailed data and transforming insights into practical solutions. Your structured approach allows you to navigate complexity with confidence and to provide clarity where it is needed most.
Collaboration plays an important role in this position, and your effective communication skills will help you align with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across different teams. Thanks to your ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders, you can coordinate multiple parties while keeping projects on track and moving forward.
