Profile Description:
The ideal candidate has a systematic and methodical approach to problem-solving. They are organized, eager to learn, and interested in technology. They demonstrate logical thinking, adaptability, and stress resilience, along with fast execution and a solution-oriented mindset.
They are autonomous, quick to acquire new knowledge, and show reliability, responsibility, and a team-oriented attitude.
Communication Skills:
The candidate must demonstrate active listening, and the ability to quickly understand situations or issues.
They should have strong verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Experience:
Previous experience in a call center, IT support is considered a plus.
The Role:
- Manages a portfolio of clients.
- Provides accurate information and delivers solutions in response to client requests, following internal procedures.
- Contributes to the team’s goals to ensure consistent service quality for all clients.
- Supports the department with additional tasks when needed.
