TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and monitor inbound cargo flows through the LUX Hub
- Coordinate and follow up requests of special Equipment / Handling
- Coordinate with other departments
- Provide internal / external customer support
- Maintain records of activities
- Provide finance departments with service data
- Contribute to team effort
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or equivalent
- Ability to establish and maintain good customer relations
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Strong time management skills and being able to take decisions within tight deadlines and without direct supervison
- Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French; Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- Willing to work on shifts 24/7/365
- Position based in Luxembourg
- Occasional travel required within the entire Cargolux network
