Our Quality Control team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Quality Control End of Line Team Leader (m/f/d) in Hosingen, Luxembourg.
How you’ll add value
We are looking for an Quality Control End of Line Team Leader (m/f/d), who will supervise and validate the operating mode of the testing operations to ensure the proper functionality and performance of devices according to the specifications.
What you’ll do
- Report and lead daily dialogue meetings for End of Line
- Support, coordinate and supervise End of Line Test Operators
- Develop, assist and execute End of Line test procedures
- Perform release of products
- Carry out electrical safety, functional and performance tests according test instructions
- Carry out quality assurance measures to guarantee product’s quality according to standards
- Detect, investigate and report equipment issues affecting testing accuracy and capacity
- Design and develop processes and systems to improve End of Line activities
- Assist in problem solving and implementation of corrective actions
- Create, update and distribute test plans, test instructions, checklists and parameter lists.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in mechanical / Thermal Systems or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment with high quality standards
- Team leader experience is an asset
- Team player
- Robust analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective listening, information sharing, detail and team oriented, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Quality and timely decision making
- Ability to follow instructions and support on regular report assignments
- Results oriented with effective interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of Engineering drawings, documentation and cooling systems
- Mechanical and electrical inspection methods
- Experienced in temperature data monitoring and acquisition systems
- Statistics and statistical process control theory and principles
- Problem-solving tools (8D process, etc)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an asset
- Proficient in the use of MS Office 365
