We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Management Company. This role is located in Luxembourg.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Reviewing investment guidelines in prospectuses or operating memorandum and as per UCITS or AIF directives/regulations,
- Ensure investment are correctly coded in the compliance tool
- Reviewing and post-NAV investment compliance checks for UCITS
- Understanding of investment compliance tools considered a plus
- Escalate to portfolio managers and senior management any investment breach on a need-to-know basis
- Create and maintain strong relationships with our Investment Managers linked to Investment Compliance subjects.
- Support internal stakeholders in regulatory reporting and audit-related matters.
- Production of relevant reporting for internal governance committees
- Review leverage calculations
- Review of Investment Policies
- Ad hoc projects related to post trade compliance
- Share knowledge and technical skills with the team
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment especially as applicable to UCITS funds.
- Good understanding of UCITS and AIFMD.
- At least 5 years of similar experience in Investment Compliance in Lux Depositary, Administrator or Management Company or audit firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
