Your Job
- You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and cross functional IT projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, manage project scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Responsible for managing project stakeholders and communicating project status and progress to senior management/stakeholders ( internal or external)
- Define specific solutions and participate in the implementation of information systems of financial institutions.
- Participate in transitioning the requirements to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Ensure team support during the aftercare cycle of the delivered systems
- Proactively support sales through innovative solutions, leading the execution of the solution plan and delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings.

Your Background
University degree in Commercial or Civil Engineering, Economical sciences, Information Technology, or a business related study with a strong IT affinity;
Previous experience of minimum 3 years in either insurance, banking or capital markets;
Sound insurance and/or finance process understanding and demonstrated process and re-engineering ability;
Functional knowledge on Payments domain is a plus (Sepa DD, Sepa CT, International Payments, Swift)
Relevant experience in the Finance & Risk department of a Bank is an asset;
Affinity with IT, ideally knowledge of e.g. Java, xml, sql, mainframe (Cobol);
Excellent proficiency in English and French or Dutch is mandatory, additional languages are an asset;
Strong analytical skills and structure problem solving;
Team player;
Commercial spirit;
Result oriented;
Ability to deliver high quality work on time;
