Position overview
We are seeking for an experienced finance and data professionalto join our Finance Team as a
Financial & MIS Analyst (m/f/d)
By joining this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the preparation of IFRS financial accounts, reporting, analysis and financial planning, which acts as a strategic resource for the front office in meeting their objectives, and provides management with data-driven analysis to support informed decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare the monthly/annual financial accounts submitted to the Bank’s headquarters.
- Prepare the reports and/or presentations submitted to the Management and Board Committees.
- Prepare and maintain the MIS financial reports.
- Actively contribute in budget formulation and monitor adherence across departments.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Requirements
You will be a great candidate if you:
- Have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience within an established organization, preferably in banking or consulting.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration. Postgraduate studies especially with MIS major and/or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA) will be considered an asset.
- Are experienced user of Excel, Power Point, VBA, SQL, Power Query and Power BI; understanding of Python for data analysis will be appreciated.
- Have excellent command of English language. Knowledge of Greek and French will be considered a plus.
- Have advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities, accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, agility, and can-do attitude.
