About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operative Support person to join our Operative Support team for 6 months.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a point of contact for logistics topics within the Better for You category. You will manage shipment creation and tracking, oversee transport planning, and contribute to route optimization while coordinating with carriers on KPIs, onboarding, and daily support.
You will cooperate within an international logistics team, apply a problem-solving approach to maintain efficient procedures, and share best practices with local teams in Europe and globally. You will also take ownership of issue qualification, escalation, and resolution follow-up to ensure smooth communication.
Thanks to your interest in digital solutions, you will identify and use IT tools that enhance daily operations, supporting visibility and accuracy across logistics activities.
Who we are looking for:
Thanks to your degree in Logistics and Transportation, or Business and Administration, or related fields combined with an initial experience of 1 to 2 years in customer service support, logistics, transportation management, or import/export brokerage, you will be able to approach this role with a solid foundation.
You will make use of your IT skills, especially your knowledge of MS Office with Excel, to manage daily tasks and support operational processes. Your ability to work independently and make decisions will help you handle responsibilities with confidence, while your problem-solving approach will support efficiency in different situations.
Thanks to your accuracy, attention to detail, and calm approach, you will maintain focus when managing several activities at once. You will also rely on your communication skills to coordinate smoothly with multiple stakeholders and ensure clear, consistent exchanges. Your advanced level of English in speaking, writing, and understanding will allow you to interact effectively in an international context.
