We are currently looking for a Regulatory Reporting Officer to support our growing operations in the Compliance Solutions Team.
Job Specification
- Working with fund NAV information to provide submission ready Annex IV reporting
- Working as part of a small team to deliver and maintain a high level of client service
- Managing client relationships
- Review and understand AIFMD Annex IV specific information to ensure correct data enhancement has been done
- Keeping up to date on developments in the regulatory world concerning Annex IV, Form PF and Solvency II among others, with a view to identifying development needs and opportunities within our products
- Opportunity to gain exposure to international regulations and broader regulatory and compliance projects
- Opportunity to contribute to the further expansion of the team and to take on management responsibilities
Skills Required
- Ability to understand and apply regulations for information collection, processing and presentation
- Knowledge of fund accounting and AIFMD or other funds industry regulations an advantage
- Book-keeping and data processing skills would be an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills to ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work with all levels within the organisation as well as external stakeholders
- Professional attitude and good attention to detail
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios
- Self-motivated, can work off own initiative
- An appetite to develop skills and broaden knowledge base
- Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements
