Join a team of professionals in the investment fund industry, contributing to the production and review of various regulatory fund reports. As a Fund Reporting Consultant, you will be responsible for maintaining and executing recurring reporting obligations in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the production process of fund regulatory reports (e.g., PRIIPs, EMT, EPT, UCITS KIID, SFDR-related reporting).
• Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports to internal stakeholders and external regulators.
• Coordinate with internal teams (fund administration, risk, legal, compliance) to collect and validate data.
• Investigate discrepancies or data issues and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain procedural documentation and update reporting templates if required.
• Contribute to the improvement of reporting workflows and automation where possible.

Your Profile
We are looking for a consultant with hands-on operational experience in fund reporting. The ideal candidate is autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring tasks within tight deadlines.

Key Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in fund reporting within the asset management or fund services industry.
• Good knowledge of regulatory reporting obligations applicable to investment funds.
• Strong operational mindset with experience running and delivering periodic reports.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) – French is an asset.
• Good command of Excel and reporting tools; knowledge of data models is a plus.
• Team-oriented and reliable, with the ability to deliver under time constraints.
