Quality Control End of Line Team Leader (m/f/d)
You will join the Quality Control team and will Supervise and validate the operating mode of the testing operations to ensure the proper functionality and performance of devices according to the specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and lead daily dialogue meetings for End of Line
- Support, coordinate and supervise End of Line Test Operators
- Develop, assist and execute End of Line test procedures
- Perform release of products
- Carry out electrical safety, functional and performance tests according test instructions
- Carry out quality assurance measures to guarantee product’s quality according to standards
- Detect, investigate and report equipment issues affecting testing accuracy and capacity Design and develop processes and systems to improve End of Line activities
- Assist in problem solving and implementation of corrective actions
- Create, update and distribute test plans, test instructions, checklists and parameter lists
Education:
Master’s degree in mechanical / Thermal Systems or Industrial Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment with high quality standards
- Team leader experience is an asset
Skills:

- Robust analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective listening, information sharing, detail and team oriented, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Quality and timely decision making

Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Engineering drawings, documentation and cooling systems
- Mechanical and electrical inspection methods
- Experienced in temperature data monitoring and acquisition systems
- Statistics and statistical process control theory and principles
- Problem-solving tools (8D process, etc)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an asset
- Proficient in the use of MS Office 365
