Minimum experience: 7 years managing testing teams in IT within large organizations (over 500 employees).
Minimum experience: 7 years working with financial and lending products.
Knowledge: Expertise in Agile methodologies.
Certification: ISTQB or equivalent.
Technologies: Experience in quality assurance using PEGA.
