Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting for our Technology department Arendt Digital Services:
Intern – Procurement

Your role:
Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, you will support the department’s daily operations and gain practical exposure to procurement processes in a professional environment. Your tasks:
Assist in creating and issuing purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO);
Track the status of PRs/POs and follow up on deadlines;
Help reconcile invoices with purchase orders;
Maintain supplier records and assist with contract follow-up;
Provide administrative support to the Procurement team.
Your profile:
Student in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field;
Fluent in English and French;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive;
Team player with willingness to learn;
Startup mindset and innovation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
