As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated PR & Event Officer to reinforce our Marketing department.

Position Overview
As a Senior PR & Event Officer, you will be a key player in supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams to help achieve business development objectives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events, as well as for managing public relations efforts across markets. This role offers a dynamic blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
- Organize internal events in close collaboration with the HR department.
- Plan and execute external client and prospect events that support the Sales team’s initiatives.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, supplier management (e.g. extra activities, photographers), and branded goodies.
- Create or oversee the development of event-related materials such as PowerPoint presentations, flyers, videos, event invitations, contracts...
- Help organize demo flights and sponsorship or partnership initiatives to support Sales activities.
Public Relations & Communication
- Develop the annual PR strategy including media planning, magazine selection, and visual content creation for campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, and other external communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for PR agencies in different countries, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversee publicity efforts at strategic locations, including private airports.
Administrative & Cross-functional Support
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as inventory control, ordering, invoice, contract processing, and budget tracking.
- Provide ad-hoc support for Sales and other departments on special projects or initiatives.
- Maintain strong and effective communication with the Travel and Sales departments.
Profile
- Marketing/Communication educational background.
- At least 5 years’ experience as part of a Marketing team in an international environment (in Luxembourg or abroad) in Event/PR.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills preferred.
- Strong team player working in cross functional teams.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and prioritize with a flexible approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Likes to take initiatives.
- Has the ability to work autonomously.
- Has great organizational skills.
- Have a driver’s license.
