Mission
The objective is to provide the following services to our Customer, a well-known financial administration, located in Luxembourg:
· Event management
· Coordination of internal stakeholders and external providers
Deliverables
The Event Manager will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:
· Preparation and delivery of our Customer Annual Meeting every year (the first one under the Contract planned for June 2026)
· Preparation and organization of our Customer Shareholders’ Day every year (the first one under the Contract planned for Q3 2026)
Technical skills
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· University degree in business administration, events management or equivalent education
· Proven experience in event management at the international organisations or equivalent
· Proven experience in the coordination of logistical details in preparing high-level events
· Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders
Soft skills
· Hands-on approach
· Attention to details
· Team player
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and react to unexpected changes
· Ability to form good working relationships with staff at all levels
· Good writing skills in English, with knowledge of French being desirable
