Your Role
Within our Partner & Client Services Team, you play an active part in the development of our Private Clients business on the French market in providing full support in our daily life-insurance contract administration, while meeting high
compliance standards and following strict processes and deadlines.
Your main scope of action will include:
- Performing accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing, and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document Management
- Following up the onboarding of the new clients (life insurance contracts) together with our external partners and sales team
- Proactively supporting our clients, our partners, and our sales team in a timely manner
- Analyzing partners and clients’ requests by applying Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures
- Assist the team on special projects, tasks, etc. under your scope of action
Your Profile
- Degree in administration, accounting or finance or equivalent experience
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector / financial sector
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in French - mother tongue level and business fluency in English. Any other European language is an asset
- Highly accurate, organized, reliable and client-oriented
- Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
