Your mission: As a Marketing & Communications Industry Driver for the Asset Management industry, you are connected to the practice (Asset Management) teams and report to the Marketing & Communications (M&C) leadership team and Markets Leader. You act as the primary contact point for M&C activities related to the industry you are in charge of, building strong relationships with the practice and developing a deep understanding of the business needs, challenges and priorities.
Together with the Industry Leader and core group, you define the M&C’s strategic and operational plan for the industry, taking into account firm’s and M&C priorities, business goals, budget and resources in a clients’ and markets structured approach.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Cover our advisory, assurance and tax services;
- Be the primary advisor to the Industry leader, supporting the Go-to-Market initiatives in order to increase visibility and market share. You will support the leader in his/her role and coordinate all industry-related BD activities;
- Implement defined strategy into action plans and projects for all public presence activities. You’ll analyze the impact of M&C actions (RoI) through dashboards or any other relevant tool;
- Partner cross functionally with M&C or any other team members, media, design, event, web on implementation of a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy;
- Support in the preparation of the industry plan and ambition statement;
- Drive/participate actively to the industry core group and market meetings; follow up strategic projects, manage dashboards and monitor industry business development activities thanks to KPIs and metrics, reporting and insight;
- Support Industry Account Management through account follow-up/controlling, reporting and account management tools deployment, monitor business opportunities and make recommendations;
- Identify new partnerships/sponsorships’ opportunities with academics or professional associations;
- Manage a junior.
Let’s talk about you. If you …
- Hold a Master’s degree (bac+5 or equivalent) in Marketing, Business development, Communications or in any of the fields of the professional firm services;
- Have at least five years of professional experience in the related industry or similar (financial sector);
- Possess strong knowledge in Marketing technicals and methodologies, and a good comprehension of databases, statistics reports and analysis;
- Have a solid knowledge of the local market, Industry & trends;
- Are proficient in English and French, German or any other language being an asset;
- Demonstrate strong management skills and are collaborative - you work well with members of your own and other teams;
- Can meet tight deadlines and prioritize your workload;
- Bring great financial awareness.
