Your mission:
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Build strong relationships with the practice you work with and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges and priorities;
- Assist in the development, execution and assessment of marketing and communication strategies and plans;
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other materials;
- Develop and organize client events;
- Gather, research and prepare M&C materials;
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations,etc;
- Conduct comparative research / benchmark on marketing strategies;
- Measure, analyze client metrics: satisfaction, content usage, campaign success and make recommendations;
- Provide a transversal administrative and ad hoc support to the M&C team when needed;
- Participate in the definition of targeting lists by using our CRM tools, monitor campaign performance and dashboards, design client journeys.
Let’s talk about you. If you…
- Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, Economics, or Business Administration (Ecole de Commerce, IEP, University, or equivalent);
- Have a first professional experience and/or have completed several internships;
- Are interested in working on projects within the financial services sector;
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French - any additional language is an asset;
- Have strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Are familiar with or curious about customer relationship management tools;
- Demonstrate good knowledge of marketing techniques and methodologies, with a strong understanding of databases, statistical reports, and analysis;
- Combine excellent analytical and organizational skills with curiosity, flexibility, and rigor.
