Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for front-end (React), back-end (Java), and model-based (Python) components.
- Conduct functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing in line with Agile sprint cycles.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using modern issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Work closely with DevOps practices to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Future: Gradually contribute to building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile testing, and DevOps practices.
- Experience or knowledge in using Azure DevOps (work item management, test plans, bug tracking).
- Strong ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Eagerness to learn test automation and basic coding/scripting.
Nice to Have
- Experience testing financial or banking products.
- Knowledge of QA tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Basic familiarity with React, Java, or Python environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Work conditions:
- The same we are currently applying in the team. Two days (Monday/Tuesday) in the office and the possibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
