infeurope is looking for a Junior DevOps Consultant with up to 3 years of professional experience for a managed services project (application deployment, application management) based in Luxembourg-Bertrange.
The position will be proposed as a Permanent Contract. The Starting date will be ASAP.
TASKS
- Deploying software products with speed through automation and collaboration on a cloud-based infrastructure.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure;
- Defining and setting development, testing, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation;
- Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs;
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible;
- Coordination and communication within the team and with customers;
- Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services such as AWS and Azure;
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Professional experience of up to 3 years.
- Experience working on Linux-based cloud infrastructure desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordinate activities across different teams and the customer.
- Good command of English required, French is considered an advantage.
- First experience with ITIL principles is considerd an advantage.
- Good understanding of technologies and tools such as Java, Perl, Apache Tomcat, Git Hub, Linux, CI/CD pipeline. Docker, Kubernetes.
- Have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project
